Fuel problems

When I stand next to the car I rock it up and down and check engine will blink really bright and car will start. When I rock it again it will die. Why?

Probably there is a engine loom problem, shake the engine loom and see if there is a check light, try and isolate the loom fault this is actually called a wiggle test.
