Fuel pressure

I am getting 50 psi for fuel pressure and it should be 56-62 psi. There are no vacuum leaks, I tested for them, I installed a brand new Chevrolet fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator.

Check the voltage at the battery and pump. Bad connections or corrosion in line or through the relay can cause a voltage drop that would give you lower pressure if the pump is running slow.
