Yea, I never seen o2 sensor with that black stuff before.

Hello.
Yes, that is the Bank 1 Sensor 2 (downstream) 02 sensor. Having that misfire-running rich did some damage. Danny-

Well, raw fuel would be something coming from the lines/tank. Vapors would be coming more from the evaporative system.

Then it is raw fuel. There was a small puddle under the car between the engine and transmission.
