My four front AC vents are not blowing air. Cold air is coming out from the two small upper front vents just not the main four. Also, cold air is coming out from the rear vents fine and air is coming out of the defrost vents fine when it is switched to that mode. I am reading it may be an AC door actuator problem? Can you confirm? Thanks!

Good afternoon.

Yes, it could be a mode door actuator. I will attach the procedure and a picture.

Front Mode Control Motor Replacement

Removal

NOTE: Set the HVAC control to the VENT position before removing the motor.

1. Remove the headlight leveling control unit See: Headlamp Alignment Control Module > Component Tests and General Diagnostics > Headlight Leveling Control Unit Input Test/Replacement.

2. Disconnect the 7P connector (A) from the front mode control motor (B), then remove the self-tapping screws and the front mode control motor from the heater unit.
