Will not start

Replaced instrument panel. Will not start, but cranks over fine. How can I bypass PATS to get my truck to start?

The panel has to be reprogrammed to match the vehicle, until that is done it is not going to start. There is no way to bypass the PATS in that truck as it is not a single item. It is part of three different modules.
