A bad ignition control module will keep your car from starting. You may want to do a test on the ICM before you go buy one. I have a 1994 Ford Explorer and the ICM for my truck was a little over 150 dollars. Also, try checking your other relays and sensors. Namely the crankshaft position sensor.
