2001 Ford Taurus no pressure

I have a 2001 ford taurus ses and I just had a new well used engine put in because the auto repair man said thats what was wrong with my car. Well I got that fix and it was driving fine until a month later it started back driving really slow it has no pressure it takes forever to get any get up while driving. Can some one please tell me what that is.

Hesitation/Bogging

Possibilities: Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
