2000 Ford Taurus picture of engine lit up

2000 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 30000 miles

picture of an engine has shown up on the guage panel, left side, I do not have a manual with this vehicle. What does this mean. All fluid levels are at the capacity, engine seems to run normally.

It means your pcm (computer) has stored one or several DTCs (diagnostic trouble code).
You need to go to autozone to have your car scanned to retrieve this (these) code(s); they'll do it for free.
Reply back with the codes, and we'll start troubleshooting from there.
