1998 Ford Taurus My car is depressing

I have a taurus tht wont stay running it starts and runs off the battery till the battery is dead then the car just dies. First it was a battery I needed so I Just bought a new battery car still does it. Then they said it was the alt ive replaced the alt THREE times and they test bad on my car but when removed and tested they test fine? Im so confused can someone please please please help me?

There are fuseable links between the alt and the battery. Chances are one is burned up. Have that checked.

Let me know what you find.

Well um im only seventeen ha and my brother checked and said tht I didnt have a fuseabe link? And I have no clue what im looking for could you tell me what it looks like or maybe where its located?
