1996 Ford Taurus Need Help

I have a 1996 Ford Taurus with a V6 3.0L SOHC engine and wanted to know if it is possible to put a V6 3.0 SOHC Engine out of a 2000 Ford Taurus. Thank you for reading this

Should fit just fine as long as it is the same configuration. You will need to use the electronic parts from the 1996 engine to keep the PCM happy.
