This started about three weeks ago.
Intermittent slow starting, had battery and electical checked at Checker Auto, said all was good.
One week later slow start turned to no start, just clicking from relay and solinoid,
Pulled starter, had it checked, said it was ok. Had battery tested, held charge, but would not hold up under load.
Put starter back in, and new battery, started up fine.
As week progressed, slow starting again and then no start, same problem.
Tried to jump, no change, tested battery, it's fine.
All other electrical seems to be fine, all lights and others ok. Can hear clicks from relay and soliinoid, but starter won't turn over.
Do I have a starter problem or something else?
Thanks for all the help!

I wanted to update my post to add a little more info.

I had some time to test a couple things today. Put a jumper cable from the battery to the positive post on the solenoid. No change.

Checked battery with mulitimeter, good charge. Turned the key to start, just clicked as it has been, but no noticable voltage drop.

I'm really thinking starter is the culprit, but would like another's feedback.

Thanks!

Are you getting a click when you turn the key or multiple clicks? Very important. Get back to me

Replace the starter. I think when you were having the starting slow problems before it damaged the starter brushes.
