1990 Ford Taurus Retro Fit

I just put a retro fit kit on my son's vehicle and the tested the compressor and it works, the clutch kicks in and the line holds a charge. Filled it from the low pressure side like the kit advised but the air is still hot blowwing out. What am I doing wrong

I would change the orifice tube
evacuate the system
and then fill it

or make sure u have enough 134A in the system

check if lines getting cold and if so check blend door
