Heat on all the time

I have a 95 Ford Ranger 4.0 with 98,000 miles. After the engine warms up heat comes thru the vents, heater, defroster etc even when the temp control is turned to full cold. The switch that controls where the air comes out is working fine. Any clues :

I have done that and still get heat all the time.

It may be the door flap under the dash then
