Bank1 and bank2 too lean

2000 ford ranger 11000 4.0
i asked a question about this last week I tried cleaning the maf sensor with maf cleaner it was clean but I cleaned it any way and
i checked is pcv valve
it is about 40f to 30f out side. The check engine lite came on
in about 5mins after starting it only comes on when im at an
idle and then stays on. Some days the lite will not come on
at all, when it is about 70f out side. This is driveing me nuts
