Bank1 and bank2 too lean

hello I am getting a check engine lite on and the code is a
po171
po174
bank1 and bank2 system adaptive fuel too lean
i put 2 cans of sea foom
i put a new air and fuel fliter
i check coolent
the truck seams to run fine it dos not miss no loss of power
this happen last year about the same time
the tempture out side is between 60f and 30f the lite comes on in the moreing most of the time when its 60 and above the lite
does not come on I think it might be fuel pump or straner or
mass airflow sensor

Clean the MAF with qd contact cleaner first, if that does not help check the PCV valve and tube connection for deteriation and rotting.

Spray some carb cleaner around upper and lower intake manifolds and see if RPM's change

Hi I tried what you said it still does it. I noticed that when it gets
colder out it comes on (the check engine lite)
ford whats 80.00 to check it and then they will tell me how much
ive all ways worked on my known cars this it driving me nuts
