1998 Ford Ranger 98 Ford Ranger too lean

Hello I have a 1998 ranger 4x4 auto with the 4.0 and for the last 2 months I keep getting a code of p171 and p174 saying bank 1 and bank 2 are too lean I have done a tune up changed the 02 sensors what else could I possible do to maybe fix my problem

Mass Airflow Sensor. Ford had problems with them.I personally havent had much luck with cleaning them.I do suggest that you use a Ford part versus an aftermarket. Only other thing is to check where the pcv line hooks to the manifold for a vacuum leak, if none replace the MAF
