1996 Ford Ranger

Truck sat for several years, I replaced fuel pump, wires, plugs and got po172 error code replaced both oxygen sensors still get same code, system running too rich (bank1)Truck starts up a little rough but wont take gas over about 3/4 pedal dies when under load, doesnt smoke at all.200,000 miles
