Only Can Start With Using "Hand Pump"

When I parking few days, the engine cannot start-on. Need to use "hand pump" for start. I've changed fuel pump. Replaced 2 times hand-pump in original parts. Fuel pipe to oil tank pipe already checked, all normal. Still. Why?
