my temperature gauge does not reach normal temperature, the ac works but no heat

You may have a thermostat stuck open.
Try this:
When car is cold, start it and grab the upper hose that goes from the thermostat housing to the radiator. If you feel coolant flowing thru the hose while your engine is cold, it means your thermostat is stuck open and you need to replace it.
