1997 Ford Mustang horn

I have a 1997 mustang gt with 60000 recently my horn stoped working I checked the fuses they are fine I replaced the horn and still not working? Also when ever I turn the heater on or ac air does not come out of the vents it only seems to come out from the vents that hit the windshield? What am I missing.

For the horn check the relay, and horn button, on is no good.
For the a/c check for a broken vacuum supply line from the intake manifold to the reservoir tank, then into the car thru the firewall. Horn relay is in the under hood fuse box...
