Last night I was cleaning my battery from the build up stuff that was around one of the connections and as I was finishing up and tightning the positive side of the battery I accidently touch the rentch against a metal and sparks flew out. Now last night I was able to start my car after words and move it but this morning I tried starting it and it would just make a clinck sound for a couple of seconds and hen my car battery would loose a lot of power. Also a rotten egg smell came out my engine. What could it be is it the starter or the battery?

Smell maybe coming from battery you likely shorted a cell and hence dead batt. Check voltage lower the 12.45 no go. If above wach volts as car is attempted to start falls below 8 volts batt toast.
