Electrical problem
1989 Ford Mustang V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 113k miles

i messed up big on this one. I went and turned my battery around and ended up crossing the negative and positive terminals on the battery. I fried alot of stuff. Now ive been throwing parts at it and I still have the same problems. Here is whats new after I fried it:
alternator
selenoid
ignition coil
now the car turns on but wont start. I can jump the selenoid and itll run. But it runs off of the battery. The fusable links coming from the selenoid are still good. Power before and power after the links. Can you guys help? Im stumped and so is my pops.

Have you check the starter solenoid? If not check it and replace it needed. If you need more help then send me a pm and I will look over the wiring diagram and see what could be the problem.
