I have a 1990 Ford F350 diesel pickup. When I turn the key to start the engine all that happens are clicks.I have had the batteries test-ok. The starter tested-ok. The starter relay was replaced-still nothing.I've put on new battery cables-still hearing clicks. The clicking is coming from the starter relay and the starter solniad. Need some help with this problem.

Another test that I've done was to put a jumper wire from the positive battery cable to the starter relaytop post-still clicks. Any Help will be GREAT

Engine can't be locked up if you can get it to catch in gear.
I'm betting on a bad solenoid.
