2005 Ford F-250 Door handle

I am trying to put chrome covers on my 2005 F250. But the handle cover is to close to the door to allow the stick on covers to pass by. Is there a way to move the handle? And how do I get the door panel off?

I am sure the your response is what I need but it is to small to read. Need it to be bigger. I have tried copy/ paste, highliting it and nothing worked to get it bigger
