2003 Ford Taurus wiper problem

I have a 2003 Ford Taurus with about 2500 miles. When I turn on the windshield wipers the left wiper works perfect but the right wiper will either stop part way up on the windshield or not move at all. Have checked to see if anything is blocking it and there seems to be nothing wrong. I just bought the car so I do not know how long this has been a problem.

If you just got the car I would take it back to the ford delership and have them fix it they probly wont charge you especialy if you have a warenty which you only have 2500 on the car then I would say your in good shape
