2000 Ford F-250 Switch on the fly control

It is a V10 but you don't list that. The 4 wheel drive won't shift into gear. I don't hear anything when I switch it to 4 wheel. These fuses look good. We did have a problem with it locking into 4 wheel low but never a problem in 4 wheel high. It is locked into two wheel now.

Do the lights flash or come on at all? How about during initial start-up? They should flash on for about 2 seconds when you first turn the key on. Do they do that?
