2006 Ford F150 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

truck wont start. I was told there was an aluminum relay box possiblly under spare tire located on frame rail. Is that true? I didn't see anything

I don't know of anything like that. Have you checked the engine for spark and fuel to the engine?

Yes I have spark. Someone at work told me they had a simular problem.
His f150 is a 2002 -2004 I think. He said he found an aluminum box on rail and it was dirty. He said he cleaned it and the truck ran. Maybe its not a relay but it went to the pump thats all I know.
