Consistantly burning water, however no water is found in the oil when checking the oil. No water or coolant leakage detected under vehicle.

After truck has set for a day or two, when you go to start the truck, it "sounds" like the engine is frozen and it takes a second or two to turn over when you hold the key in the start position. Once it is running is runs relatively well.

Truck starts in warm weather but very difficult to start in cold or freezing weather.

Changed the head gasket and no evidence of oil in the water or water in the oil.

TRUCK IS BURNING WATER>>> WHITE smoke out of tailpipe.

Hi there,

did you get the head crack tested, check for warpage and twist?

No I dont think they did. It was a back yard head pull and gasket change.

No evidence of oil in radiator or water in the oil.

Hi there, get a head check done, this is a chemical test to check for exhaust gasses in the cooling system, if positive you still have a head problem.
