They run thru the same wiring.

With the left blinker on take out the bulb and probe with a mutimeter from the ground side and the power side for the bulb and tell me what the meter reads in the front even if it gives 2 different voltages tell me both

I don't have a multimeter but can get one tomorrow. Is there one that you recommend? Again I am very grateful for this help.

Whatevers in your budget. Were just doing some basic tests so as long as it reads ohms and dcvolts

Welcome to the forum, use a testlite check for voltage at the turn signal circuit. Right rear, orange wire with lite blue tracer should be voltage for that turn signal. Key on, right turn activated, see if any voltage? If you have voltage, check ground. I'd check all bulbs and bulb sockets. There is also a turn flasher in the fuse box, that could cause a problem, as well as the turn switch.

Directional lights not working.
I replaced the flasher relay and turn signal switch.
Fuses are good. Hazard and brake lights work. Is there a different bulb that may be burnt out or could it be something else.

Thanks.

There is another fuse box under the hood. This "power distribution box has a combination of fuses and relays. Check for a blown fuse there. The fuses here deliver power to the fuse box in the car. There are many fuses that control different inside fuses.
On my Explorer, it is fuse #3. Check your owners manual.
