1993 Ford F-150 wont start

My 93 f150 wont start I put a ignition module coil wire set fuel pump fas filter on we did get it running one time when a mechanic replaced the ignition module with a better grade of one we also cleaned the ground for the module housing, does not get fire from the coil, any help would be apreacheated thank you

Test the ignition coil primary and secondary winding resistances and the distributor pick-up resistance and for short to ground
