Engine is stalling while driving?

While driving, when I press down on gas, sometimes it doesn't respond.. It goes dead for a sec, then will catch and run fine for 5-15min at a time. Sometimes it seems to stall out more often on a hill. I'm leaning towards something in the fuel system, or a vacuum leak??? I had a used motor put in last year after I left water as coolant through the winter time. Ran fine for a while, now it hesitates and stalls out intermittently. I have no OBD codes. I have replaced EGR valve, IAC valve, Intake Manifold gaskets, TPS, MAF sensor, power steering pump. I really don't think so because the car ran fine afterwards and this only started about 3 oil changes ago (10,000). It's gotta be something else - fuel pressure sensor - I really don't know... but thanks

Fuel pump not reaching far enough in the fuel tank
we had the same problem drove us crazy
replaced the fuel module
problem solved
try this when Â¼ tank or below park on incline face down
let it cool and try to start (no start or hard start )
replace fuel module we used part number XL2Z-9H307-DA F7PZ-9H307-BA
