2002 ford explorer xlt 4.0 95,000 miles. Engine will not start, new plugs(correct gap), wires, coil, cam and crank sensors, new mass air flow sensor, tp sensor, engine has correct fuel pressure, is in time, all injectors are working, cylinder compression is good, all plugs are drowning with gas, no trouble codes found, acts as if the choke is on. Checked all connectors and hoses, air filter is new, nothing restrickting air flow, unhooked fuel pump and tried to use starting fluid and does the same thing.

If there is no electrical responce, I.E. Spark or other evidence of the electrical side working, look in the fuse box.
There should be a fuse box inside the car, but there is another inside the engine compartment. This power distribution box has fuses that feeds all circuits in the car except the line to the starter. If every thing is good, there are also several relays in that box that could be failed. Try swapping relays with other like relays to see if you get a different reaction.
Good luck.
