My oil pressure drops and my check engine light is on
marking cylinder 2. And my lifters are clicking hard I change the oil pump already so what can it be so my engine can have pressure to send to the head?

Have you ever removed the valve covers to make sure the drain ports for the oil to return to the oil pan arn't clogged starving the engine of oil? Also, did you clean the pickup screen for the oil pump? And finally, what oil weight are you using and has the oil been changed on a regular basis?
