After driving for 30-45 min. And then turning car off for 10-15 min. It is hard to start. It seems like its not getting enough gas. If you push down the accellerator it will start but shakes like it wants to stall. If you rev the engine the shake goes away and drives fine. This keeps happening if you leave it sit for 10-15 min. After driving.

It sounds like a fuel problem. Have the fuel pump pressure / volume checked. Also, have the pressure regulator checked. When the car is restarted and runs rough, is there black smoke coming from the exhaust.
