biased/stuck rich
bank 1/ sensor 1

I have white smoke coming from tailpipe
smoke smells rich

at first I thought O2 sensor, but the problem is too much fuel, and it is just sensing that.
injectors are good.
can the white smoke be from too much fuel, or is it coolant?
MAF? Or pressure regulator?

Hi
More likely coolant from faulty headgasket. Over rich would be black smoke. White is coolant and has contaminated O2 giving reading. Pull plugs cylinder with leak will be super clean
