2004 Ford Expedition, rear air cond. 2WD V8

My rear air works great but it has now picked up a loud clicking sound from the condensor unit in the rear back passenger side of my car. I need help, any ideas of what this could be or what should I be trouble shooting?

Does this system do heat as well? The unit in the rear is an evaperator core, the blend door for heat and a/c is binfing, check the controller for the clicking sound. It can't move the door freely! See if you can get some lub on the shaft!
