This is my daughters vehicle. Coming in from Houston, Tx last week. She said it just quit working. We have done the obvious and checked the fuses. All of which are good. Not sure where we might need to start next.

Thank You for any input you can offer

Hello,

This could be due to a faulty brake light switch. The brake light switch operates the brake light also sends a signal to the cruise control when disengaging.
Faulty switch will constantly send the disengage signal to the cruise module and the cruise will not function.

The brake light switch is located under the brake pedal on the brake pedal lever.

If the brake light switch is not the issue, then it could be a wiring or issue with the cruise module.

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
