My fuel pump is not working. I've checked everything I could. The car has about 10 volts through the inertia switch to a fuel pump driver module. There is no output to the fuel pump. The driver module has been replaced and still no go. The fuel pump has only 5 ohms of resistance and one that I've checked at a junk yard out of the same car has 30. I don't know if the fuel pump is possibly bad and shorted out both driver modules. If I jump battery voltage to the fuel pump the car starts. I'm pretty sure that the relay and other components in the system are good. Any ideas where to go from here? I know the dealership won't sell you the fuel pump without the driver module. They come as a unit. I don't know why but I think it may be because of the problem I am having.

Have you checked the fuel safety cutout switch? In my Escort wagon it's mounted behind an access panel in the right rear wheel well. It's there in case of a rollover to shut off the fuel system. Mine has false tripped several times so I had to go in there and push th red button on the top.

Yeah I checked that, it is fine. I just can't seem to find anyone with a lot of technical knowlegde. I'm not a good mechanic but I'm really good with electronics. If anyone can tell me what to test for I would be greatly appreciative.
