I only get cold air when heater is on?

Why do I only get cold air when heater is on? Also how do I adjust clutch? Its to low to the floor board when gear kicks in

Hello,

It sounds like the blend door might be stuck on the cold side and that is why no warm air is coming through.
When you push the lever to change the temperature, there is cable that runs from the lever to the blend door control to change side from hot to cold and cold to hot.
It is possible that the cable might be disconnected, or the control could be broken.

I have attached diagrams that shows this in detail.
