I have power at both of the relays and there is 4 things that go into the relay. I have power on one of the 4. I have no check enginge light when it is on on. And I do not have any power on the octane booster. Should I still check the igniton switch? Or not?

i think if all fuses ok you should start with new relay

I did not replace the relays yet but me and my friend pushed around the relays and the check engine light turned on and we tryed to get the relays to click again and we did get them by moving the relays around and we started the car and took it for a drive. My friend than took off the duck tape and we couldnt start it after that. Ill change the relays and than if that does not work I will check the wires cause it seems to be a loose wire.

Do you have a wiring diagram for a 1993 ford escort lx 1.9L 4 cylinder this way I can go to the relays and find the wires that connect to the engine so I can check what is loose.

Your right at the finish line, you just have to cross it, we cant deviate from proper diagnostics or we will just waste time. If we find that there is no power at the blue wire then we know we need to check power feed to ignition switch or we simply have a bad ignition switch causing the problem. So we have to follow order or we will be running around in circles.

Unfortunately service manuals dont show you pictures like the ones you are looking for, they tell you to remove lower steering column panels and after that its up to you to get it off. If I was sitting in your drivers seat and looking under your dash I could tell you exaqctly how to remove each screw but we are limited to what we can do from across the country. Just be patient its all nuts and bolts, just keep taking out screws until it comes off.
