1993 Ford Escort Clutch Problem

My Escort moves forward when stopped and the clutch is pressed all the way to the floor. Sometimes I can not get it into first gear or out of reverse. I had the clutch replaced last week and the very next day the car started the same behaivier.

It could be the clutch master cylinder or clutch slave cylinder, or air in the lines.

I just replaced both the master and slave cylinders in my 94 escort
