1995 Ford E-Series Van ront vents

The rear ac is blowing cool but the front isn't. Even when you put it on vent the air is warm not outside temp. Is the there a door conected to the temp control or somewhere else

Temperature blend door actuator may have broken off the arm. Or door is frozen.

If the rear A/C is cold then that system must be working. There is a seperate door that changes heat and A/C for the front, and that door is most likely vacuum actuated. And ford designed the system to "fail" on heat so the windows would still defrost. So first thing I would look for is a vacuum leak, either under the hood near the firewall, or under the dash.
