Faults and revving too high?

I have a 2011 fg xr6 ute manual that this morning came up with ETC Fault and is now revving way too high even when the fault light goes away after I turn the car on and off again.

Great, which fault code is it? It sounds like the throttle actuator is no good or needs service. here are guides to help us fix it:
