There's six engines listed for this model and year. None show the water pump being driven by the timing belt.

There should be a notch on each camshaft sprocket. Those need to be facing each other and lined up with the top of the cylinder head when the #1 is at top dead center on compression. Next, there is a notch in the crank pulley that needs to be pointing at the marks on the timing cover. If your engine has a distributor, line the rotor pin up with the #1 point on the cap.
