Mazda 626 2.5 running issue

Replaced a timing belt on a 02 mazda 626 with 2.5 v6. The car came in with with the timing off big time due to a failed tensioner. Retimed the car and got it running on idle it will multiple misfire on 2, 4, 6. Car runs good on the road also it has a bank 2 too rich code that will immediately come on after you clear it. Another shop says that is off time I rechecked it and it appears to be in time. Any other causes for the mulitple misfires on idle it also has a misfire on the first 1000 revolutions
