Engine not starting after jumper cables put on backwards

Hello,

I would check the Main Fuse [100A] in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box. This is the fuse that protects the charging circuit from a short to ground, which is what happened when you hooked up the jumper wires backwards. In the diagrams down below I have included diagrams with the layout and callout of the Engine Compartment Fuse Box and the Instrument Panel Fuse Panel for your vehicle. Okay, that's good. It'll take care of the jumper cables being hooked up backwards, Now on to the original problem. Can you take a voltage reading across the battery terminals with a Digital Multi-meter [DMM] for me, please? If you are unfamiliar with how to use a DMM, here is a link below explaining what to do:
