Cranks does not start

Car listed above is the CRDI 2005 model. Cranking is good, battery almost new and not any error in scanner. But engine not start in cold or hot position. Starter repaired by good electrician again pushing vehicle by 2-3 men start engine easily, smooth running and good pickup, so please help me for problem.

Hi,

If the engine starts with no issue by popping the clutch then we have to suspect the starter or starting system. The fact that the starter was rebuilt let's assume for now that this is okay. Can you get a video of the engine cranking and what that sounds like? I am wondering if the starter is not engaging the flywheel properly so it is not actually spinning the engine.
