I sent this message earlier but wrote the wrong E-mail.
Seems like when the tank is full the vehicle drives good but when it gets to a quarter of a tank or lower it stalls out but will start right away but after a couple stalls the truck doesn't want to start as if it has no fuel. I've had the fuel pump replased and when I replased the fuel filter all I saw was dirty dark fuel. Do u think I should clean the fuel tank then replase the fuel filter? Or maybe the sending unit? Have had days where the truck stalls and I put gas in it and starts right up but I've also have put gas in it and fuel gage says the fuel tank is half full and just doesn't want to start for days.

Hi:
It does sound like a dirt problem. When it happens, try checking the fuel pressure to see what you're getting. Many parts stores will lend or rent a gauge to do this. If you have never done this, check out this video.

Let me know what you find.

The vehicle has been running fine. All fluids and fuel levels are sufficient. Yesterday it started making a high pitched noise, I thought may be rotor related. This morning I drive it on the interstate and all was fine, until I got off the interstate and was sitting at a light. It stalled out and died. I tried restarting it, which all the lights were normal and it was trying to start, but would stay running. It was acting as if it was not getting any fuel or something and then engine was shaking horribly enough to shake the hood of the vehicle too. What do you think is my problem?

Possibly when you had the computer replaced they did not tighten something securely and it has come loose and detached. It could just be one small ground wire.
If you had the computer installed very recently, I would get the explorer back to them and have them check it out.
Good Luck;
Rick
