Driving about forty five mph and it loses power. The rpm revving, but no go and the batteries light is on. Stopped put it in park then put it back in drive. Going thirty five mph and rpm's are at 3500. Stopped checked transmission fluid and was fine. Then the lights and dash lights started flash games and engine was ticking engine surging. I shut it off and now it will not start or take a jump. What is wrong?I just replaced the alternate six weeks ago.

Sounds like the alternator may have failed again have the battery charged and tested. Then see if it starts and see what the voltage at the battery is with it running.
