We cannot hear the fuel pump kick in when we turn on the key on. We put a new fuel pump in but it still did not turn on. It has been hard to start also

The test light did not come on from the negative post in the battery to the green wire. It also is a 94', not a 95'.I checked the fuse and I it looked good.

With the key on there is no power at the green wire at the connector to the fuel pump. Where does the other end go to?

What your doing is bypassing the fuel pump circuit and directing power from the battery if its not coming on you have a defective fuel pump. Even if the key is on you should have power to it before the relay de-energize

Get a wire hook one end to the battery positive terminal and the other end to the green wire at the fuel pump connector-if the pump is good it should come on-if not check the ground if okay -replace the fuel pump.
